The Windsor Hotel
36 Broadway St., Asheville, NC 28801
Overview
Initially built in 1907 as a center-of-town hotel, The Windsor underwent a major historical rebirth in 2013. The good news is that the property is still centrally located, meaning you’ll be near Asheville’s best downtown restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries. Guest favorites include the Thomas Wolfe Memorial and Lexington Glassworks. It’s also a short drive from the world-famous Biltmore Estate.
Inside, you’ll find 14 luxury suites, each one a little different from the rest. This means that every room offers a unique experience. What each room does have in common, though, is plenty of luxurious appointments to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
Each suite features a private bathroom, washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, and living room, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Enjoy luxurious Sferra bedding and bath linens while you relax in your suite. You’ll also find a curated collection of artwork and decor with pieces from local artisans as well several selections from Paris. It’s a great combination of rustic meets elegance.
